Every day I meet women and men who are mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts or uncles, and friends who are overwhelmed with worry about their children's and families health that they let their own health slide and deteriorate. No one can make it through a family vacation or a work and school week without getting sick. We all lose valuable time and income and who doesn't remember that vacation where one parent was stuck in the hotel room all week watching Nickelodeon re-runs for hours.
As a chiropractor and a mother I partner with families to take charge of their health and vitality so they can regain their quality time together. No child deserves to be drugged when their own body can heal and protect them. No parent deserves to ignore their health in order to take care of others.
It is time for parents to start taking charge of their health and their children's health. It is time to walk away from drugs and pills and start letting the body heal. From colic to ear infections, low back pain to maintaining health, chiropractic benefits the whole family.

I was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. I came to St. Louis to attend Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. I specialize in pregnancy, pediatrics, nutrition, and practice Reiki.
